I really love the photo done in the process they provide on canvas. However, I had expected it to be in a black frame like the one I ordered a few months ago - even sent an email to company to confirm that it would be in a frame which they said it would be, but it was not framed. So I'm just disappointed about that but the canvas product is very special and what I was expecting.
