I decided to start painting just as a way to relax, get a new hobby, etc. This is a wonderful kit for a beginner like myself. It comes with a little instruction manual with tips and tricks for water color painting which I found very useful as I've never done this before. Water color is a pretty forgiving medium and I was surprised how pretty my work turned out, it felt really great. Now I only paint for relaxing every once in a while so I am sure there are much higher quality materials for someone who is serious about making art, this would definitely be for recreational users like myself.
