Very happy with this dvd- it shows Michael painting step by step with more explanation than his you tube videos. It does not give super specific details, and in the video Michael himself says there is no scientific formula- I imagine much of it is intuition and experience on his part...for me as a beginning abstract painter it gives me a starting point to practice in this style. I can watch the DVD and try step by step on my own canvas. It is much harder than it looks- but well worth it if you love Michael's work and want to try to begin working in this style.
