There is jazz, and then there is JAZZ! This is pure, Art Jazz, and the reason I say this because the musicians are true artist creating music art at it's best. This is one of their best albums and it will be for a long time. The first tow songs take you very far out there in the sense that you know you are not listening to noise, but really pure art JAZZ. There is still a group I have yet to hear to match up to the talent of "Russ Freeman" and the rest of the Rippington music gang. Great album and for sure you will have not wasted your money in buying this one, for it will make you appreciate what real JAZZ is, enjoy it and know that there are people who REALLY KNOW HOW TO PLAY THEIR INISTRUMENTS! The Rippingtons are it!
